How to Use Them in Your Daily Routine

Add between 5 and 12 drops of essential oil to your diffuser (adjusting according to the size of the room) with a base of almond oil. If you prefer a more floral scent, add a little more lavender. If you like a fresher touch, increase the drops of orange.
