Tips & tricks
DROP: With the first signs of a cold, mix equal proportions of tea tree, pine, and eucalyptus essential oils in an almond oil base. Massage on the chest, neck, and back.
BATH: This mixture is also very effective in a therapeutic bath. Mix a few tablespoons of a base oil with these essential oils and add while filling the bathtub. You will enjoy the same effect as a balsamic sauna.
Aromatherapy benefits
